Because The Play Society offers their own early childhood classes and experiences, we do not rent the space to outside caregiver + child programming that overlaps with our existing offerings.

Complete our party inquiry form with your preferred date, package and a few details about what you're planning. (We'll be in touch within 72 hours.)

Save Your Date
If your date is available, we'll send over your rental agreement. Your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and your non-refundable deposit is received.

We'll schedule a quick call to get to know you, your celebration and what you're envisioning.

Plan + Create
For Play Society Experiences, we'll take it from here. At your planning meeting, we'll present a custom party deck with our ideas and plans for your celebration. We'll review everything together and make any final adjustments.

Final details are confirmed, your remaining balance is due 7 days before the party, and then there's only one thing left to do:

good to know FAQs

Guest capacity depends on the type of celebration and how you plan to use the space. Sensory Play Parties include setups for up to 15 children, while Private Guided Class Parties are designed for up to 10 children. Tell us a little about your guest list in your inquiry and we’ll make sure your celebration is a comfortable fit for the space.

Yes. Your rental time includes all setup and cleanup. Access to the space begins at your scheduled start time, and cleanup must be completed by the end of your rental period. If you’re planning more elaborate décor or vendor setup, we recommend adding additional rental time ($125/hour).

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food, cake, desserts and other refreshments. Outside vendors are also welcome with prior approval. Just let us know who you’re planning to work with so we can make sure their services and setup are a good fit for the space.

Alcohol may be permitted with prior approval. The Play Society does not provide or serve alcohol, and the renter assumes responsibility for any alcohol brought onto the premises, including responsible service and compliance with applicable laws and rental policies.

For Just the Space rentals, we’ll be there to welcome you in and close up after your event, but the celebration itself is yours to host. For Sensory Play Parties and Private Guided Classes, our team will stay to facilitate the experience, engage with the children and bring the play to life.

We understand that plans can change! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. With at least 14 days’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to another available date within 90 days of your original event. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before your event are not eligible for a refund or date transfer.

The Play Society does not provide decorations yet, so you’re free to bring in your own and make the space yours. You will have access to one table that seats up to 10 adults, two floor-seating tables that can accommodate up to 8 children or 6 adults each, 20 stools, two floor benches, a built-in window bench. Additional furniture may be brought in with prior approval.

There is free first-come, first-served parking available, with additional metered lots and street parking nearby. We recommend allowing a little extra time for parking when arriving for your event.
